BURNS MAENDEL CONSULTING ENGINEERS was retained by a local developer to perform Contract Administration services during the construction of a new 36 lot subdivision in Brandon, Manitoba. Throughout the duration of the project BMCE worked closely with the Developer, Contractor and the City of Brandon Engineering Department to ensure that all construction was in accordance with City Specifications.
