BURNS MAENDEL CONSULTING ENGINEERS was retained to design a wastewater collection system consisting of a fixed activated sludge treatment sewage plant and a total area disposal field.

• Specification of Treatment Technology
• Submission of an Environmental Act Proposal to Manitoba Conservation
• Engineering the Groundwater Monitoring and Effluent Sampling Plans
• Performing Construction Inspections and Completing Project Certification
